At Miku Loft, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products remain in their original condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
